CMP specialists participated in an SMM webinar on the lithium market review for 2025

JSC "Chemical Metallurgical Plant" (CMP) took part in an expert online webinar organized by the analytical company SMM (Shanghai Metals Market). The event was dedicated to the key trends and challenges for the global lithium industry in 2025.

The webinar focused heavily on the tightening controls over the mining and sales of lithium compounds in China. Analysts presented detailed overview of the crisis in Jiangxi province, where authorities demanded companies to re-register their mining licenses, which leads to production halts and create uncertainty in the global market.
