CMP produced lithium foil for battery applications

JSC CMP is actively expanding its product portfolio for lithium metal, which is becoming an increasingly important element in light of the growing demand for solid-state lithium batteries. Lithium metal and its alloys are suitable as anode material for lithium-sulfur, lithium-carbon and lithium-manganese batteries.

CMP could reach a significant milestone: the plant produced lithium foil for the battery production. Our specialists were able to achieve the foil thickness of 0.21 mm.

The plant also produced lithium tape, which can be used in power sources. The purity of lithium exceeds 99.9%: this ensures low content of impurities.

The packaging of the finished product is done in dry room, which meets the highest standards of surface quality. This achievement opens new horizons for the company in high-tech and lithium battery production.
