Employees of JSC CMP at Project Management Workshop

In November 2023 СMP employees took part in the workshop on project management. The course included the optimal set of steps and tools necessary for the predictive approach to the development of projects.

Twelve employees of JSC CMP directly involved in the implementation of the current production and extraction projects participated in the training. The program included both theoretical and practical components, allowing participants to apply their acquired knowledge and analyze specific cases in 12 steps of project initiation, planning, and implementation. Together with the trainer, participants went through the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to completion.

Training for the company is about project efficiency, standardization of approaches and communication between people. More than that CMP employees could boost their qualification, practical experience, and get a better understanding of the project lifecycle, that is how they can improve their professional skills and make contribution into project activities of the company.
