JSC CMP at the Forefront of Battery Technologies: Participation in the Battery Technologies Summit 2023 in Turkey

JSC CMP participated in the First Battery Technologies Summit 2023, held in Gebze, Turkey, on November 22-23. This event was crucial for the Turkish market, bringing together top local and international representatives in the field of battery technologies.

The summit covered the broad spectrum of topics:

• Production of cells for lithium-ion batteries;
• Recycling of lithium-ion batteries;
• Start-ups for the production of components for lithium-ion batteries;
• Development of battery technologies (sodium batteries, sulfur batteries, solid-state batteries).

The major points of discussions were around the markets of Turkey and the European Union.

Representatives of JSC CMP held meetings with current clients from Turkey, they extensively discussed the present situation of the Turkish market, its prospects and anticipated demand up to 2035. JSC CMP is setting up the warehouse in Turkey – it will significantly reduce lead time for delivery of goods and increase shipment volumes, fostering stronger collaboration with the end users.
